3. Dancing

For those who despise working out, dancing is the ideal aerobic activity. You may listen to your favorite music and dance your heart out in the privacy of your own bedroom. Don’t be concerned about your appearance. Just get moving! You’ll be dancing for 30 minutes, an hour, or more before you realize it — it’s the greatest fun you can have while exercising! Do it twice or three times a week for 20–60 minutes.
