2. Circles with hands

Benefits: Shoulders work, improves posture

How to do it:

  • Raise your arms straight out to the sides to make a T-shape, and squeeze your shoulder blades together. 
  • Palms down, thumbs forward. 
  • Make 20 forward circles with your hands. 
  • Flip your palms up, thumbs facing back, do 20 reverse circles with your hands. 
  • Repeat 2 to 3 times.
