The Ultimate Lazy Day Crock-Pot Lasagna

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
24 ounces pasta sauce
12 ounces cottage cheese
1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
9 lasagna noodles, uncooked
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Cook Beef: Brown beef with onion and garlic. Add pasta sauce and set aside.
Mix Cheese: Combine cottage cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Layer in Crock-Pot: Start with meat sauce, add noodles (break to fit), and spread cheese mixture. Repeat layers, finishing with sauce.
Cook: Sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top. Cover, cook on low for 4-6 hours until noodles are tender.
