Honey garlic pork chops with mashed potatoes 🍯🐝

Ingredients :

• 4 boneless pork chops
• 1/3 cup of honey
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 4 minced garlic cloves
• 1 teaspoon of ginger, chopped
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
• 1/2 cup of milk
• 2 tablespoons of butter.
• Minced parsley for garnish

In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt and pepper. Marinate the pork chops in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated pork chops for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked

Step 3: Making mashed potatoes
Boil peeled and cubed potatoes until perfectly coated. Drain and mash potatoes while adding milk, butter, salt and pepper until desired consistency is achieved.

Place the cooked pork chops alongside a generous serving of mashed potatoes. Drizzle any honey garlic sauce over the pork chops. Garnish with chopped parsley.
